  Freshly made bread is often made today, gone today. We may not spend much time thinking about what gone really means, but when you volunteer, you can see how the bread can be put to better use than rotting in a landfill. Be a rescuer and help bring good food to the Bowery Mission at 227 Bowery.
  Middleweight: the average amount of food is 20 pounds.
